REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Maret jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is returned unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
